SELECTION AND INSTALLATION

Check worktop depth, access and electrical supply

The 660 mm depth is listed for tighter preparation lines where aisle clearance matters. The 800 mm depth provides a larger work surface and cabinet depth when the kitchen layout has room. Measure the available length, depth, aisle width and door clearance, then compare the dimensions with adjacent counters and equipment.

Before production, confirm the target temperature, voltage, frequency and plug standard for the destination. Ask for the final compressor and refrigerant specification, ventilation clearance and packing details for the selected model. Use the confirmed model sheet for ordering and site preparation.
